Preparing :: Just so you know

Yippee, we've added a new supporter, Zhahan. Welcome to the team!

Some things to keep in mind.

For the runners to bring:
power bars/goo, socks (at least 2 pair), shoes, several changes of clothes, cash, gps watches, water belts and blinkies

There will be some GPS watches, water belts and blinkies for the runners to use, but if you have any, please bring them with you.

For the supporters to bring:
several changes of clothes, ear plugs, cash and lots of energy

Only 11 days to go. More details to come. Please be sure to review your legs and where you need to be during the run.
