hello all...i've been recruited to help out with the race organization. first things first, my name is thuy, phi's wife, just in case you did not know. secondly, we need to get going on this quickly. just doing a quick search for hotels and vans that weekend, we are very limited. So, please let me know quickly if you are available for a meeting with the runners. If it can be in person, that would be great, but we can also do a go-to meeting online. How does everyone feel about Thursday, January 17th at around 8 pm to meet? Please let me know ASAP! The more people that can be at our house for the meeting, the better!
